Estimated shipping times
When you choose the delivery method, you will see the estimated time to receive your order.
If it is a commission order, you will need to add the painting time to the delivery time.
However, the given timeline is not contractual, and variations may occur.
For commissions, the delivery time may also depend on the availability of the model(s) from the manufacturer (such as Games Workshop). If a model is out of stock, I will need to wait until it becomes available again before I can order it and start the commission. In such cases, I will inform the client of the delay.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
All parcels are shipped from Belgium.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me, and I will assist you in resolving the issue.
For lost orders, you must address the matter with the shipping service. I am not responsible for lost shipments.
Payment options
Payments are processed via PayPal with buyer protection.
Returns & exchanges
As all items are custom-made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact me.
Commissions
Commission photos & variations
The photos in the store show previous commissions. Since each miniature is hand-painted, slight variations may occur between the miniature you commission and the reference images.
Commission orders via the store
For commissions purchased directly through the store, the full payment is required at the time of purchase. The listed price covers a commission in the same quality and color scheme as shown in the store photos.
If you wish to request any modifications to the color scheme or other details, you must inform me immediately after purchase. Keep in mind that some changes may affect the final price. To ensure the feasibility of your request and to discuss potential price adjustments, it is best to contact me before placing your order.
Deposits & cancellations for custom commissions
For personalized projects, I generally require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon order confirmation.
- If you cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If I lose contact with the client for 30 days, despite multiple attempts, I reserve the right to consider the commission as canceled by the client, and the deposit will be retained.
- Once I request the final payment, if it is not received within 30 days, I reserve the right to consider the commission canceled by the client and retain the deposit as compensation.
